This chair welcomes you with open armrests
Why is it that while the sky seems to be the limit when it comes to our interiors, garden chairs are often so... well, boring? Get to know Toní Armchair. Rounded and colorful, like the cartoon equivalent of a chair. And with a clear nod to the bistro chair, it feels just like an old friend. So take a seat, sit back and relax. And enjoy your very own garden café.
Friendly bistro stool, robust character
The stylish Toní patio armchair is at your service. Just the one, six of them, or however many take your fancy. This one-piece chair is rock solid. And thanks to its high-quality coating it’s corrosion-resistant, colorfast and wind- and weather-resistant too. Being fabricated from lightweight aluminum, these armchairs can easily be stacked up to four-high, or slid into place. So let that barbecue, drinks, or whatever, begin. Toní Armchair is up for anything, and everything.
Garden set? No, Toní set
The Toní stool with armrests is a member of the Toní family. A powerful clan, with all members perfectly in tune with one another. With Toní Bistreau, every meal becomes dinner for two, while with Toní Tablo you’ll also have room for your neighbors, and your neighbors’ neighbors. Cushion the experience with your Toní Chair Pillow and you’ll still be comfortable many hours later. Get to know them all and put together your very own Toní set.
About the designer
Toní is developed in collaboration with Erik Stehmann, who started his design studio in 2009 in Arnhem (NL). Since then he has been researching his rapidly changing fascinations on a daily basis, looking for new possibilities and applications of basic techniques and materials. Whether it starts with a weird sentence, or a frustration about how ugly some products are, it always ends in an innovative project or product that is meant to make the world a little more fun. “I like that Toní is both new and recognizable. I see the chair as a friendly cartoon character. I would like to have dinner with him.”
